Every raw material is supplied with a Mill Test Certificate and independently tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory. Every material is traceable through MTC verification, heat number marking, and NABL-accredited testing procedures. Clients can verify material quality before fabrication begins. Traceability is documented at every stage.
Dual-Shed Facility
Two manufacturing sheds, overhead cranes, CNC machining, precision welding, calibrated grinding, finishing, and testing operations, all under one roof and controlled by our manufacturing team.
Pre-Dispatch FAT & Hydrotest
Each unit undergoes hydrotest, RA test, dimensional verification, thickness checking, and applicable FAT procedures before dispatch. Nothing is dispatched before dimensional verification, hydrotest, and applicable FAT procedures are successfully completed. For agitated and rotary equipment, running trials are also conducted prior to dispatch.
Exotic Alloys & Custom MOC
