Company Story
Building Gujarat's industrial chemical equipment infrastructure for nearly three decades.
There is a stretch of industrial land in Gujarat, running between Ankleshwar and Dahej, where some of India’s most critical chemistry happens. Pharmaceutical molecules, chemical intermediates, agrochemical compounds, and bulk drugs that support industries across the globe.
It was in this environment, over 28 years ago, that Atlas Chem Feb was established with one belief: the equipment powering these industries deserves to be fabricated to the highest standard every single time.
What started as a focused fabrication unit grew into a trusted manufacturing name across chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Today, Atlas Chem Feb operates from an 11,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in GIDC Ankleshwar and serves clients across India and international markets.

Our facility at Plot No. 7514, GIDC Ankleshwar covers 11,000 sq. ft. and is equipped for the complete fabrication cycle from raw material receipt to final dispatch.
Every process is handled in-house. This enables better process control, fabrication consistency, and quality monitoring throughout manufacturing.
All critical fabrication, finishing, welding, and testing operations are carried out under calibrated and documented process conditions.

Two manufacturing sheds with 10T and 5T overhead cranes for heavy equipment handling.
CNC Machining
Precision CNC lathe, radial arm drill, slotter, and automated plate/pipe cutter.
Welding Machines
High-amperage welding setups including 600A, 400A, 400A, and 200A units for thick-plate joints.
Grinding Machines
Calibrated grinding units in 14", 7", and 5¾" sizes for bevel preparation and joint finishing.
ECo6 Finishing Machine
High-spec surface finishing equipment for pharmaceutical grade smooth mirror polishing.
Thickness & RA Testers
Digital Ultrasonic Thickness Tester and RA Meter complete with NABL calibration reports.
Pressure Testing Rig
Calibrated Pressure Gauges and high-pressure Hydrostatic Pump with test certificates.

Vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges strictly maintained with calibration records.
